Seeing The Corrs anywhere live is such a exhilirating experiance, this show was no exeption. Opening with Only When I Sleep, The Corrs maintained maximum concentration throughout the whole show, so much so that Andrea actually forgot to introduce the other five band members!! The Corrs gave no hint that this was the eve of there live televised performance. Andrea was clearly showing nerves, as this was their first show in the U.K for nearly two years. She joked at the beginning of the show that her ears had shrunk because her earpaice wouldn't fit properly, this was resoved by finding out that she had put the wrong earpeice in each ear!
The tracks that were played were mostly off of their latest album,In Blue, although there were a few oldies in amongst the lineup. The Corrs aknowledged the anniversary of John Lennons death by singing his song, Happy Christmas (War Is Over). Caroline performed extremely well as always, beating her Yamaha MK drum kit to the distinctive sound of their music. All in all this was one of the best performances that the Corrs have pulled off in a long time.
