Caroline Corr, born on March 17 1973, is the second youngest female member of the band. When she was young, she shared a room with Andrea, her charismatic younger sister. Her father, Gerry, taught her to play the piano. The house were the Corrs lived in childhood had a piano. A freind of Carolines had a old drum kit. Caroline occasionally liked the odd bash around. Her freinds and family told her that she was good at the drums and ecouraged her to learn how to play them properly. At this time, the Corrs were looking for a drummer to play for the band, and Caroline seemed to be the most suitable candidate for the job! Between fighting with her brother and sisters over the piano, Caroline decided to learn how to play the Bodhran with passion. Caroline admires bands like Radiohead and the Verve. Caroline is the most serios Corr in terms of her career. She tends to ignore anything nasty or untrue that is written in the press about the band. Since the band has started, Carloine has become a more outgoing person. She likes the attitude towards music that the Irish have. She likes the fact that you don't often hear the radio or a CD in a pub in Ireland. Caroline is a very "down to eaarth" person. |
